Report Corruption

Every individual has the right to report to the Commission for the Prevention of Corruption (Commission) or another competent authority any conduct that they believe to be indicative of corruption or other irregularities within the competence of the Commission.

Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory. Violator data * Please provide the name, surname, function and authority of the violator, if you know them. Description of the violation * If possible, clearly define the content of the violation, the role of the violator, the place and time of the violation (when, where, why and how the violation occurred). Actions so far If you have already taken action in this matter (complaint, lawsuit, etc.), please state what were the findings of other competent authorities. Your data If you wish, you can leave us your contact email. The Commission is committed to protecting your identity. Only a court can decide to disclose your data and identity, but only if it is necessary to protect the public interest or the rights of others. You can also report anonymously, but this prevents the commission from subsequently obtaining any additional information from you that may be necessary to resolve the procedure.
