Those responsible for the implementation of the provisions of the Integrity and Prevention of Corruption Act (ZIntPK) are either individual persons or entities of the public sector. The provisions of the ZIntPK mostly refer to the operation of the public sector - officials are mainly various groups of persons who are employed or perform a function in public institutions or institutions with public powers. There are some provisions that also regulate the area of ​​the private sector or contact between the private and public sectors (e.g. provisions on lobbying).
